Refund of Part II Examination Fee – External Pharmacy Examination

If you have paid the Part II Examination Fee (Rs. 10,000/-) for the External Pharmacy Examination and were then deemed ineligible  for the OSPE due to not meeting the minimum attendance requirement, you may be eligible for a full refund.

To request this please write to <cmcc.ext@gmail.com>  with the  following documents on or before 20th July 2026,

  1. A request letter addressed to the Registrar.
  2. Your Bank account details:
    • Bank Name
    • Branch Name
    • Account Holder’s Name
    • Account Number
  3. Your Examination details:
    • Full Name
    • Index Number
    • Telephone Number

Requests received after the above deadline may not be considered.
