Candidates who have qualified for the OSPE and viva voce components of the External Pharmacists’ Examination are required to pay a sum of Rs. 10,000/= as the Part II examination fee.
The fee should be paid at any branch of People’s Bank to the following account:

The following documents must be submitted by hand on the Mock Examination Day (7th June 2026):
- Original bank payment receipt for Rs. 10,000/=
(Write your name and index number on the top left-hand corner of the receipt.)
Please note that examination fees are non-refundable. - Original hard copy of the Completed attendance sheet (Downloaded from CMCC website and completed by Master Pharmacist) – from commence of the training to 3rd May 2026
- Hard copy of the manual attendance register or fingerprint record as evidence of attendance certified by the Owner Pharmacist or head of the Chain Pharmacy outlet
Please staple all relevant documents along with your pay slip label with your index number
