You are kindly requested to submit your Training Record Book along with the exercise book(s), placed in a clear bag cover labeled with your index number, to the office of the Ceylon Medical College Council on or before the 12th June 2025. Submissions will be accepted only on working days between 9:00 a.m. and 3:30 p.m.( You must attach a photocopy of the Indenture Form to the Training Record Book)
Please note that late submissions will not be accepted under any circumstances.
